Jennifer Zelazny July 11, 2008 5 Comments Apple saves the day for me: Hello Jennifer, I’m sorry to hear the titles you purchased from the iTunes Store with account “[email protected]” were lost. I can certainly see how this would be upsetting and I would like to help. iTunes Store Customer Support has decided to let you download (at no charge) all the titles you purchased on this account that are still available. Thank you Apple! Tagged: Apple, backup, iTunes 5 thoughts on “Apple Saves the Day” July 11th, 2008 Ken Now if they would just fixed the broken iTunes 7.7 download so I could activate my phone. Argh! Reply July 14th, 2008 Jennifer Zelazny Damn Apple and their bad links! I am glad you got the phone – I cannot wait to hear what you think. Reply July 22nd, 2008 Ben That’s awesome that they did that. I had to do something similar a ways back and it makes sense that they’d see this sort of thing regardless of how many times they try to beat ‘backup your music’ into people’s heads. Out of idle curiosity, how big do you think your set of iTunes purchases is? Reply July 22nd, 2008 Jennifer Zelazny I believe I had 209 songs – nothing huge, but enough to hurt. Reply July 23rd, 2008 Ben I did a quick smart playlist looking for kind = Protected and found 492 tracks for 2G. Reply Leave a Reply Cancel ReplyYour email address will not be published.
