Boxing Workouts

Time mix things up a bit with some different combinations. End the workout with 3 rounds of shadow boxing with a focus on moving and cutting angles. Footwork is key!

The Warm Up:

Three 2 minute round of jump rope. Nothing fancy – but focus on your breathing.

The Rounds:

Ten 2 minute rounds with a 20 second break in between each round. Finish with three 2 minute rounds of shadow boxing.

Hooks/uppercuts/power punches

Jab/Jab/Cross/R Uppercut

Round 4
Cross/Hook/Cross/Jab Out

Round 5
Jab/Cross/Jab R Hook

Round 6
Jab/Cross/L Uppercut/L Hook

Round 7
R Hook/R Uppercut/L Hook/Cross

Round 8
Jab/Cross/Cross/L Uppercut

Round 9
Jab/R Uppercut/Cross/L Hook/Cross

Round 10
Jab/Cross/R Uppercut/Jab Out

Round 11
Shadow boxing

Round 12
Shadow boxing
