Boxing DVRT

This was a last minute thought which turned out to be exactly what I needed after a hard day at work.In rounds that have more than one exercise – do each for 1 minute. Aim for at least 40-50 cleans in round 3.

The Warmup

2x through the following:

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Squats
  • Lunges
  • Hip Rotaions
  • Arm Rotations

The Workout

(See the photo). This is a 10 round workout with each round being 2 minutes with a 25 second break. Not sure what the numbers are? (Search boxing by numbers)

The Finisher

“Plank Party” aka – 10 20 seconds on/10 seconds off planks.
