Focus on the small stuff that makes a big difference (footwork, timing, and head movement) with these twelve combinations then go all out with the finisher
After 20 minutes you will be able to walk away with accomplishing 200 KB swings, 100 burpees, and 20 pushups.
Last month I heard this in a mix and it instantly stuck with me. Thankfully – it was released January 1, 2021.
This workout focuses on building a series of combinations over time and then finishes with a twenty minute crowd favorite.
We have already had one civil war and cannot have another. We need to stop listening to the distracting noise and hate and focus instead on what we do best – bringing good and positive change to the world.
