Progressive Boxing Workout One Minute at a Time
We will progress through combinations by adding on more every minute for three minutes, then reset with one minute of non-boxing cardio/core before starting all over again.

Twelve Round Workout With a Championship Finisher
Focus on the small stuff that makes a big difference (footwork, timing, and head movement) with these twelve combinations then go all out with the finisher
20 Minute EMOM (KB Swings / Burpees / Pushups)
After 20 minutes you will be able to walk away with accomplishing 200 KB swings, 100 burpees, and 20 pushups.
Building Boxing Combos
This workout focuses on building a series of combinations over time and then finishes with a twenty minute crowd favorite.
