This was a last minute thought which turned out to be exactly what I needed after a hard day at work.
This is a non-stop workout that you will definitely feel the following day. Those 30 seconds holds are the real day.
30 minutes of non-stop movement with boxing/basic bodyweight exercises.

This workout will make you set a standard, meet the standard and push you to beat the standard.
Just to mix things up a bit – today’s workout is going to be a mixture of boxing and core strength exercises.
If you have taken a class with me – you know I like to put my workouts on sticky notes whenever possible and tape the to the bag for a reference and today I am bringing them back for a “best of” from past classes.
We will progress through combinations by adding on more every minute for three minutes, then reset with one minute of non-boxing cardio/core before starting all over again.
This workout covers movement and endurance and will surely tire you out.
Focus on the small stuff that makes a big difference (footwork, timing, and head movement) with these twelve combinations then go all out with the finisher
