5 Miles Tempo

Training For: 2026 Chicago Spring Half Marathon

This was not exactly a tempo run but I wanted to focus more on the 5 miles and enjoying it outside as I have been stuck inside so much of this training cycle. I tried to run faster during the the song refrains as well as when I was in certain parts of the streets. Overall I felt hints of being able to run faster and for longer amounts of time withough feeling the need to walk. I feel like things are coming together.

Home to Wilke to Palatine to Winston to Norman to Anderson and through all the old neighborhood, back to Reynolds to Winston to home.

Quick stretch/coconut water and then created/ordered my race day shirt.
