Training For: 2026 Chicago Spring Half Marathon

Once again I found myself inside because of the crazy spring weather outside (crazy wind). I thought I would break up the classes to try something different and that was a mistake. I never found a good pave/groove and felt very distracted. This “easy” run did not feel easy at all. The one positive – I have missed working out with Jess King and the 30 minutes with her was great.
