I wanted to choose a class I have done before with my favorite motivator Robin Arzon. I did this class a few times in my 2024 training and really enjoyed the format. I felt good and was able to control my breath which is not always easy. I am excited for tomorrow’s training and as of right now – am excited to get this training going!

Pre Training Routine
Essential oil (peppermint) on my neck, my favorite Nike sneakers, a Hawaii shirt, gum, and small spoonful of maple syrup. I also made sure to do some ankle mobility before the run as well.
Post Training Routine
Post run stretch followed by lunch.
