Work was crazy but I knew I needed to get it done. I did a warmup to see how my foot felt and it was ok. I had to go back to work though after the warmup so starting the actual workout was rough. I decided I would try to just relax by watching Derry Girls on the Tread (I did it inside incase my foot really started bothering me when I was out 2.5 miles).
I did not feel great but was happy to just get it done.
