This was the run I said I no longer want to run. It was a long day at work, it was humid, and windy. I was in a bad mood at the start of the run and wanted to stop before I even hit .5 miles. I decided to try to go farther but I hit a point where I knew it would be worse if I kept going vs. just cutting it short. I think the 11 mile run Saturday got into my head on top of everything else and I hit the imposter feeling hard code.
Tomorrow is a new day.
