Training day two at the hotel in Puerto Rico. I did not know how this would go but as soon as I started on the treadmill I was locked in. I ran 35 minutes without stopping or slowing down which is not always my strong suit. The class I selected was one I had bookmarked with Susie Chan and did before. She sounded so positive – it rubbed off on me as well.

After the class I sent her a message with my view from the treadmill and she liked it – which means a lot to me. She is lovely as was this workout. I left our vacation proud I made time to get my 9 miles in without skipping a beat.
