Training For: 2026 Chicago Spring Half Marathon

It was a beautiful day but any run after lunch is questionable from the get go for me. I am already stressed, and feel the run is more forced. With that said – I was happy to try it outside in the sun. I could not find a good pace and wanted nothing to do with running. On top of that – my sneaker rubbed on my heel and caused a blister to form so I could not turn my focus from that.

On a good note – I saw a friend and that always makes me smile.
