I knew I could either run today and not walk tomorrow or just take another day and let me foot heal some more and I decided on the later. If you know me – you know it is really hard for me to break from a plan but I knew this was the right thing to do. I have 5 miles coming up Thursday and then 9 on Saturday so I wanted to let me foot have another day without any running. I will say – it did feel better from not running Monday.
