Training For: 2026 Chicago Spring Half Marathon

Six weeks in and I am still struggling with these indoor runs. This was ok but I am still struggling with calming down enough to feel great. I think doing these runs after a stressful day of work does not help but I am not sure what else I can do except just push through.
