I knew I needed to get this in on my lunch hour or I would end up not doing this until after dinner which sometimes is worse than the afternoon as I am more tired by that time.
I decided I would reset my poor attitude by running with my inspiration Robin Arzon. Although I did not really enjoy the run, I did not hate it either. I was able to control my breathe better than yesterday. I also premiered my new Nike shoes which felt great!
