Training For: 2026 Chicago Spring Half Marathon

Running after work is hard. I was hoping to get it done earlier but just could not fit it in with a busy day at work. I will say – even on tough runs where I did not want to be there/doing it I find this training cycle that I am easier to give myself some grace and not “hate it” or get so upset with myself as much. Regardless – I look forward to getting outside.
