Nike Support For Fuel Band is Fantastic

Posted by: Jennifer Zelazny | 0 Comments

I have to say – I have had my Nike Fuel Band for just short of 100 days and have had to call sport two times. Both times I called the 1-800 number and with one menu selection and one single ring – I spoke to someone friendly from their US support center. Not only is is refreshing to talk to someone from the US within 10-15 seconds of dialing the phone, but both people I have talked to were eager to talk to me about my Fuel Band, how I liked it, what they liked about theirs, and we... Nike FuelBand – What a Great Experience!

Posted by: Jennifer Zelazny | 0 Comments

I have to say – I love the Nike Fuelband. I ordered 2 – one for me and one for Amy and received them both yesterday. I plugged mine into my computer to charge and got nothing. I plugged in Amy’s and it started charging right away. I called Nike support and they nicely walked me through getting it up and running. I almost made my “goal” (3,000 fuel points) yesterday after having it only part of the day and I am on track to meet my goal today. This morning I was excited to see it was pretty darn... Nike Fuelband: The Perfect Gift?

Posted by: Jennifer Zelazny | 0 Comments

After watching Joe Paterno’s memorial (late January 2012) and seeing how Phil Knight (Nike chairman) supported Joe – I decided to take a look at the Nike web site and buy some new Nike shoes. (this is the perfect usage of the iPad in my opinion) When I went to the site – to my delight I saw something I had not heard of: the Nike Fuelband. I decided I had to have one and that this would also make the perfect gift for Amy’s upcoming birthday. Well because of the high demand I missed the birthday – but I... Read More » Read more

My New Bike

Posted by: Jennifer Zelazny | 0 Comments

I have been looking into buying a bike for about a year now. I had a Trek when I was at Penn State and decided I wanted to get another. Because of my busy schedule I have just not had the time to get out and actually get one, but last Friday after stopping by a neighborhood garage sale (early) with a friend – I saw a purple Trek with an aluminum frame, front suspension, and a price I could not beat. When I first saw it I was ready to easily pay $100 but the price tag said $40.... Read More » Read more

The Neti Pot

Posted by: Jennifer Zelazny | 0 Comments

When I first heard about the Neti pot I was actually disgusted and a bit afraid. Everyone who uses it though swears by it and told me it did not hurt, and was the greatest thing for their allergies, colds, sinuses. This past week I got a killer sinus infection and out of desperation decided to give it a try. After the first time – my sinuses felt better and it was not disgusting or painful. A few days later – I have to admit – that in combination of some extra rest, and some steam/hot towels on my face... Read More » Read more

Buying a Telescope

Posted by: Jennifer Zelazny | 0 Comments

There is something about looking up into the sky and realizing how small we are in comparison to everything around us. This has helped me greatly put things into perspective while also pushing me to learn more about our universe. For a few months now I have gone back and forth on whether or not to buy a telescope. I am really interested in astronomy and have my three year old interested in it as well (we go outside and I point out any planets that are visible to the eye, etc. (Last night we looked at Jupiter) He eats... Jappler Recommends: iTeddy

Posted by: Jennifer Zelazny | 0 Comments

Believe it or not, there are some days when I do not feel like watching Wall-E. My son Evan does not seem to agree with me, but that is ok because he has an iTeddy The iTeddy is like a iPod within a stuffed animal. It hold music, videos, and pictures and allows Evan to quietly enjoy what he wants to watch on trips or whenever he wants to watch movies, listen to music (before bed), or to look at family pictures. iTeddy charges by USB, comes with a 1 gig memory stick to start with, and has a wonderful...
