Aim for at least 40-50 cleans in round 3. The Warmup 2x through the following: Jumping Jacks Squats Lunges Hip Rotaions Arm Rotations The Workout (See the photo). This is a 10 round workout with each round being 2 minutes with a 25 second break. Not sure what the numbers are?
