13 Round Tuesday

Time mix things up a bit with some different combinations. End the workout with 3 rounds of shadow boxing with a focus on moving and cutting angles. Footwork is key!

The warm up

Three 2 minute round of jump rope. Nothing fancy – but focus on your breathing.

The workout:

Ten 2 minute rounds with a 20 second break in between each round. Finish with three 2 minute rounds of shadow boxing.
